Quotes are estimates

Any price we give you before we've surveyed the job, whether over the phone, by email, or from photos, is an estimate only. Roofs often hide problems that aren't visible until we're up there, so the final price is confirmed once we've carried out a proper survey of the work. If the scope changes once we're on site, we'll tell you before doing anything beyond what was agreed.

Work is agreed separately, in writing

A quote isn't itself a contract. Before any work starts, we agree the scope, price and any other relevant details with you in a separate written agreement, which both sides sign. That agreement, not this page or any verbal conversation, is what governs the work we carry out for you.

Free quotes, no obligation

Getting a quote from us doesn't commit you to anything. You're free to think it over, get other quotes, or decide not to go ahead.

Insurance

Our work is carried out under insurance. Specific cover details relevant to your job can be confirmed on request before work begins.

This website

Governing law

These terms, and any agreement we enter into with you, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
